Hi, my name is Morgan.

I have been a personal trainer in Paris for over 7 years, and I’ve been crazy about sports, food and health as long as I can remember.

I am sick and tired to see all these methods that promise 8 to 12 weeks of intensive weight loss programs that are unsustainable, make you weak and hurt, and are unrealistically implementable for 99 percent of the population. I wanted to share my love of a healthy life and to keep things real.

The Slow Method is a website where I share everything I find important about what we consider healthy living. I have distinguished seven pillars of health, each and every one as important as the other.

Why Slow? Because you have lifetime to get healthy, and small steps, executed consistently, over a lifetime, will reap 100x the results of any cheap short cut you think you found out there.

These seven pillars are :

  1. Sleep
  2. Nutrition
  3. Flexibility
  4. Mobility
  5. Strength
  6. Mindfulness
  7. Detoxification.

I ALSO believe this is the order in which these should be mastered. They build and feed each other.

I feel there are too many ideas and information out there, too many trends and not enough HOW-TO. Knowing means nothing if you don’t apply.

To me, The Slow Method is more than just a website, it’s a way of living. What I would like to share is that doing one thing at a time, doing it well, for long enough, is the secret to being vibrant, lean, strong, toned and happy.
