Bench – Max Effort 18102017

Here was my workout for this weeks Bench Press Max Effort :

MAX EFFORT SET :

1st pin Floor Press : Worked up to 1x105kg , failed at 1×107,5

JM Floor Press with 1 set of Chains : 35kg + Chains x8 /8 / 6 – 30s rest

Lying Tricep extensions : 14kg 8/6 (My triceps were dead after the JM presses!) – 30s rest

Squat Muscle Snatch : 30kg 6/6/6/6/6 – 45s rest

Hammer Curls : 16kg 10 / 5 / 4 – 30s rest

Trap Bar Holds : Bar + 55kg 30s hold – 1 min rest x3
